You can manage some properties of products that affect the promotion of the relevant pages of the site in search engines. Filling in product cards is carried out in the Control Panel on the "Product Information" page of the "Viewing product cards" tab. The information specified there will be displayed on the product card page and on the search page. Information from the product card page will be available for indexing.

Viewing downloaded product cards
The information uploaded to the product card is displayed in two places on the website.
1. On the product card page:
The blocks highlighted in red are your own content that you can upload for the card.
You can also upload SEO tags (title, keywords, description) for the product card page:
You can go to editing product information directly from the website by clicking on the icon:
This icon is is only available to employees with full rights of the "Product Information" policy.
2. On the search page (if the option "Search: display a block of product information before the results" is enabled):
The description of the part you added will be displayed in this block.
Product Card Management
Product cards are managed in the Control Panel on the "Product Information" tab "Viewing product cards".
Ticks indicate that the corresponding field is filled in. You can filter product cards by brand, number and locale.
Adding a product card is done by clicking the "Add card" button.
After filling in all the fields, click the "Add" button. It is necessary to fill in at least one field, except for the number, brand and locale. If a card for the specified product and locale already exists, then you will be offered the choice to save the old or new card.

After changing the fields, you need to click the "Update" button. It is necessary to fill in at least one field, except for the number, brand and locale. If the number, brand or locale were changed during editing and the card for the newly specified product and locale already exists, then the choice will be offered to save the old or new card.
You can delete the product card by clicking on the icon
If you are uploading a new version of product descriptions, you can use the option "Delete all existing cards before updating", which is located in the Home-> Product Information -> Group addition of product cards. When such a mark is set, the "Do not update existing cards" checkbox is removed and a warning is displayed:
"You have checked the box "Delete all existing cards before updating". If you select a file with product cards and click on the "Upload to the server" button, then regardless of the download results, all existing product cards will be deleted beforehand. Continue?" (Yes/No)
- If you select "Yes", the option works and before importing product cards, all old cards are first deleted from the file;
- If you select "No" - the option "Delete all existing cards before updating" is ignored.
That is, we recommend downloading the file with the goods ("Export" in the Home section -> Product Information -> Viewing product cards), correcting it, and uploading it by deleting the previous product descriptions.
Uploading information by cards
To display the contents of the product cards, a report is intended, which is downloaded when you click the "Export" button on the "Product Information" page.
To do this, click on the "Export" button, after which the system will offer to save the file with the XLSX extension
In addition, on the "Product Information" tab, there is a "Report on availability and images" button. This report allows you to track:
- Availability in your own warehouses by items for which product cards have been created
- Availability of photos for items for which product cards have been created
This report is not intended for displaying information from cards.
Group addition of product cards
You can upload product cards from an xls or xlsx file. To do this, go to the "Product Information" tab "Group addition of product cards".
Click the "Browse" button and select a file with product cards on your computer, click "OK" and then "Upload to the server". If more than one language is available on your site, then select the desired locale from the drop-down list of the same name.
The downloaded file must be in the * format.xls or *.xlsx with Windows-1251 encoding and contain 7 columns:
- Column A: Brand
- Column B: Part Number
- Column C: Description
- Column D: Extended description
- Column E: Title (SEO)
- Column F: Keywords (SEO)
- Column G: Description (SEO)
Please note: do not use the header of the table with the name of the columns in the file, the first row should immediately contain data!
Only the completed information with the description and SEO parameters is loaded. If the cell is empty, then the information is not loaded, i.e., for example, you can load only the description, leaving the SEO columns empty. Keep in mind that if any of the fields are not filled in, the information on it will not be displayed or the corresponding SEO tag will not be generated. If the information in the database was already in the description and SEO parameters, then it is overwritten. Duplication of products in the file is not allowed.
"Do not update existing cards"
If you do not want the existing product descriptions to be updated during the group addition, then check the box "Do not update existing cards" (unchecked by default). If the checkbox is set, the existing cards are not updated during import.
If the "Do not update existing cards" checkbox is empty, a new description will be added to the existing product cards when uploading the file.
"Delete all existing cards before updating"
If you want to delete all the previous uploaded product descriptions, you can use the option "Delete all existing cards before updating", which is located in the Home/ Product Information/ Group addition of product cards section. When such a mark is set, the "Do not update existing cards" checkbox is removed and a warning is displayed:
