If the value of the option "Only" Pickup "in delivery addresses is set, then even if the option" Cart: show delivery types "is enabled, the types will not be shown, and the client's addresses and new address will not be shown either.
So that when choosing the item "Pickup" the choice of office is offered, you must enable the option "Cart: show delivery types" and "Orders: show offices when choosing pickup".
Cart: after downloading from file download report
Type: Enum: "No", "Yes"
If the option is enabled, then immediately after exporting the basket from the file, you will be prompted to open/download the file with the export results "CartExport", and a link will also be available, clicking on which an xls file with a report on missing articles and not found articles is downloaded. Even if all the articles have been added to the trash, the results file will still be downloaded. You will see the link "The file with the report on the results of the last import to the trash is available by the link". This text is localized. (exportArticleTitle). Yellow highlights the positions that were requested more and they were not enough. At the same time, everything that is available is added to the basket. The articles/brands that are not found are highlighted in red. Blue highlights the articles added in larger quantities due to the multiplicity from the supplier.

At the same time, there are additional fields on the checkout page: "Buyer" and "Phone", which are mandatory, and an optional field "Additional information". You can change the form here https://cp.abcp.ru/?page=content&forms&editElements&formName=guest_order In the Control Panel on the individual order page, there is an information icon in the "Customer" column, when you click on it, you can view the information specified by an unauthorized customer when placing an order. After enabling the option, any user has the opportunity to use more than one cart on the site, add products to different carts and send orders from there. By default, there is one cart, but he can ask his manager to add a few more. In the control panel, in the card of any client, the "Multicart" tab will appear. At the request of the user, the manager (not the client himself) can add, rename or delete carts. You cannot give a cart name that matches other bucket names of the same user. You cannot delete a shopping cart if there are products in it. If more than one cart is added to the client, then he will have a cart switching in the drop-down menu on his website. At the same time, all orders will be visible in the personal account with a note from which multicart it was sent.

When you click on the link in the same window, the part "Upload spare parts and accessories in *.xls, *.xlsx" appears. The file to be loaded should be in the *.xls or *.xlsx format and contain only three columns: column A: manufacturer, column B: number, column C: q-ty.
Attention !!!
When loading a shopping cart from a file, external online suppliers do not participate in the search (only suppliers running on our platform do), and the price correction function does not work. This can lead to the fact that prices and suppliers in the search results of the product and in the results of the fill from the file may be different.
When selecting the "By price" criterion, the items with the lowest price are added first, and with the lowest price with the same price. With the same prices and terms, any warehouse with sufficient availability is selected.
When choosing the criterion “By deadline”, the items with the shortest term are added first, with equal terms - with the lowest price. With the same prices and terms, any warehouse with sufficient availability is selected.
As a result, three lists may appear:
-
List of not found articles - when the goods are not found in the price.
-
List of missing articles - when the product is found, but not the required quantity.
-
List of articles added according to the supplier’s multiplicity. It includes articles, the number of added items of which is greater than what is in the file, due to the need to correspond to the multiplicity from the supplier.

Cart: disable check of availability in the cart
Type: Enum: "No", "Employees only", "Everybody"
When this option is enabled, you can place an order, even if the quantity of goods in the order exceeds the quantity of goods in stock. That is, the ban on placing an order, if the goods in the order are more than in stock / the goods are missing, etc., does not apply.
Cart: disable recounting prices in the cart
Type: Enum: "No", "Yes"
This option disables recalculation of the price and availability of the product after adding it to the cart. Please note that price recalculation is disabled automatically when price adjustment is enabled in Home/ Settings/ Search Management/ Price Adjustment. The algorithm for recalculating prices in the cart works under the client. If the product was put in the cart by the customer and by the time the order was placed, the price of the product has already changed, then after trying to place an order, he will see the message "Prices have changed, you need to double-check the following items in the order:...". If the product is in the employee's cart, the price will be recalculated only by clicking on the "Reset prices" button in the cart. This is done on purpose, since an employee can, if necessary, change the price of the goods in the cart. And if a similar check worked for him, then the employee would not be able to send an order with the changed price of the goods.
Cart: display column Weight
Type: Enum: "No", "Yes"

Cart: filter by expiration date when loading cart from file
Type: Enum: "No", "Yes"
By default, the filter is set to "Any term".
The client can change the filter value:
-
Any period means that the general loading conditions apply,
-
In stock - a period of 0 hours is transferred to the loading.
-
Today - the number of hours until midnight according to the client's browser time is transferred to the download (this is how it works in search).
-
up to 1, 2, 3, [ ] days - the period of 24, 48, 72 and X*24 hours is transferred to the download.
The client selects the file and clicks "Upload".
Items with a period “less than or equal” to the one passed from the filter are added to the cart.
When working together with the option "Basket: loading from a file with price and term, percentage for price comparison", the term from the downloaded file takes precedence over the filter by term when loading the basket.
Cart: Filter by warehouses when loading a cart from a file
Type: Enum: "No", "Yes"
This option enables price and availability checks at selected warehouses when uploading a cart via file. A "By Warehouse" filter appears in the cart during file upload if:
- This option is enabled.
- At least one available route with a non-empty display name (the name shown in the "Warehouse" column) is retrieved.
You can select one or multiple warehouses in the filter before uploading the file.
"All warehouses" is selected by default. If multiple warehouses are selected, the system searches for offers across any of them. If multiple routes share the same display name, a single filter item covers all such routes.
The "Warehouse" filter list includes only routes with a display name that are available to the user under current conditions—taking into account supplier settings, the pricing profile, the client's office, operating hours, and other site restrictions. Warehouses without a display name are excluded from the list.
Before starting the search, the system re-verifies the availability of the selected warehouses. Consequently, any warehouse that becomes unavailable after the form is opened is not used.
Selected warehouses are not saved; the "All warehouses" setting is restored the next time the form is opened.
If the option is set to "No," the filter does not appear on the upload form, and the upload process follows the standard rules.
Cart: go to the cart after adding goods to it
Type: Enum: "No", "Yes"
When this option is enabled, the customer does not automatically goes to the "Cart" page after adding product to cart.
Cart: Limit shipping types by country
Type: Enum: "No", "Yes"
When the option is enabled, a block of settings for the visibility of the delivery type from the buyer's country is added. Header "Available for countries". By default, the delivery type is available to all countries. You can set availability to several countries, since the cost of delivery to equidistant territories can be the same. The delivery type is hidden IF it specifies specific countries AND the customer has a country specified in the card AND the customer's country is not in this list. If the customer does not specify a country, do not hide delivery types by country condition.
Cart: mandatory binding of a car to a position

Type: Enum: "No", "Yes"
Shopping cart: remember previously selected payment and delivery types When you enable the option when placing an order from a previous order to a new order at the stage of its registration will be substituted: - payment type - delivery type - delivery address. This mechanism works only for customers (it does not work for guests and employees).
Cart: Request a mobile client when placing an order, if it is mandatory in any registration form
Type: Enum: "No", "Yes", "Yes, only for clients with login through social network"
The difference between the options "Yes" and "Yes, only for clients with a login via the social network" is to separate the use cases. "Yes" is for filling out mobile in general, if it was optional before, but now it has become. "Yes, only for clients with login via social network" - only for collaboration with login via social networks to warn possible duplicates of clients. How does it work? Given: SMS alerts work on the site, at least in one of the registration forms, a mobile is required and the above option is in the meaning "Yes" or "Yes, ...". At the stage of ordering, please enter a mobile if it is not available. A confirmation code is sent to the client in an SMS. After confirming the mobile, we are looking for matches by number among the site's customers.
- If there are no mobile matches, then the mobile is recorded in the current card, the order is processed as usual.
- When there is a match, the following information is checked in the found accounts: - email, - mobile, - orders (current and archived), - garage, - VIN requests, - balance, - balance of the Financial Module, if it is enabled. Based on these data, further developments:
- If there are no orders (current and archived), VIN requests and garage in the current account, and both balances = 0, then we re-log the client into the previous account, transfer his cart, write email to the previous account, if it was not, re-link the social.network to the previous account. We delete the new account, which did not have a mobile phone, and add _deleted to the email. We show the corresponding moveToOldAccountInfo notification and send an email to moveToOldAccountEmail with the subject moveAccountEmailSubject "Merging accounts".
- If there are no orders (current and archived), VIN requests and garage in the old account, and both balances = 0, then we record the mobile from the old account to the current account, delete the old account, reconnect the social. The network of the old account to the current one. We show the corresponding moveToNewAccountInfo notification and send an email to moveToNewAccountEmail with the subject moveAccountEmailSubject "Merging accounts". When merging accounts, all items that were in the carts of both accounts are selected for the order. So we remind you that the client wanted to order something in the previous account, but did not do it. The customer can return to the shopping cart and select the items needed for the order if the option "Shopping Cart: allow partial checkout" is set to "Yes".
- If there is important information in both accounts, then we log the client into an account with a completed mobile, transfer his cart to this account, and display the message two accounts. Info that he has several accounts (we list) and ask him to contact the manager so that he manually decides which account to leave.

Catalogs
Catalogs: information mode always
Type: Enum: "No", "Yes"
“Informational” mode - displaying only catalog data, without referring to warehouses. Why is there an “informational” catalog mode? There is a lot of data about spare parts for the product group. For example, there are several thousand tires in the tire catalog. If we tried to make a request to warehouses for several thousand items every time we opened the catalog, calculated prices, sorted and displayed only the first page, it would take a very long time. Therefore, when there are a large number of products in the search results in the catalog, the “informational” display mode is used. Now the “information” mode is active if there are more than 5000 products in the catalog search results. We are still investigating this issue and, perhaps, we will adjust this figure up or down.

You also need to enable the new option "Allow price rounding settings in the customer card". Type: Enum: "No", "Yes"
After enabling the option, two settings appear in the client card, the "API Access Rights" tab:
-
Allow sending positions via the API without checking the price
-
Allow sending positions via the API without checking the quantity
If they are enabled for the client, then he will be able to place orders via the API (including sending an online order from the ABCP control panel) without controlling the price or availability of goods. A separate item with a product (1 piece) in the status "Created" is added to the order (at the same time, there are two more positions in the statuses "Transferred to the warehouse" and "In assembly"), the manager changes it to "Transferred to the warehouse" a little later. At this moment, the positions that coincide in status and price are summed up. I.e., we get a position of 2 pieces in the status "Transferred to the warehouse" and 1 piece in the status "In assembly".
- 14:00. An unsent item of 2 pieces is automatically sent to the order to the supplier and its status changes to "In assembly". At this moment, the same status is obtained, both positions are summed up and we get one position of 3 pcs in the "In assembly" status.
- 16:30. A separate item with a product (1 piece) in the "Created" status is added to the order (there is also a 3 piece item in the "In assembly" status), the manager changes it to "Transferred to the warehouse" a little later.
- 17:00. The order is closed for consolidation, new items will no longer be added. Example: Cost = 1000 Range = 30% On_brand = 10% Because the mark-up on the cost of the product has a higher priority than the mark-up on the brand, it will be applied: 1000 + 30% = 1300"
If the option is set to "Brand mark-up is always applied", as the name implies, the brand mark-up is excluded from the priority chain and applied together with the rest of the mark-ups. Example: Cost = 1000 Range = 30% min = 15% max = 25% On_brand = 10% Brand mark-up is summed up with the mark-up from the cost after which the total value is applied to the cost of the product: 1000 + (30% + 10%)= 1000 + 40%= 1400

Search: list of priority warehouses to display
Type: Different type
If the product is available on the priority warehouse, then other warehouses with this product will not be displayed. The option is not valid for "Custom-made" products - they are always displayed. Employees see the offers of all suppliers, the option works for customers and guests.
You can fill in the "Search: warehouses to hide if available in the priority warehouse" option so that offers are hidden only from the specified warehouses, and not from all warehouses.
Search: new search results view on mobile devices
Type: Enum: "No", "Yes"
New look for search results on mobile devices.
Search: Office Route Display
Type: Enum: "Display all", "Display all. Order only from connected", "Show only connected"
This option works together with "Offices: enable advanced settings", which can be enabled through technical support. With the help of a combination of both, you can link a specific supplier route to the office and show customers only those routes in the search. which correspond to the client's office.
In which case it will be useful: Example: There are two offices. One is in Tomsk, the other is in Novosibirsk and there is a supplier, for example, Armtek, with warehouses in Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk and Moscow. The delivery time from each supplier's warehouse to each office is different, you need to configure them separately. That is, there are many suppliers, their routes, and each office should have its own deadline. At the same time, the display of offices in the search results should also be separated. That is, in Tomsk, do not show Novosibirsk warehouses with a zero delivery period, for example.
One office is linked to one route. If you do not link the office to the route, it will not be shown in the search, with the value "Display connected only".
For the value "Display all. Order only from connected" in the article search, all products from all offices will be shown, but it will be possible to put in the basket and place an order only for goods that are linked through the route to the office.
Search: Office Warehouse Display
Type: Enum: "Show all", "Show all. Order only from connected", "Show only connected"
Enables a mechanism in which in the search results for items from warehouses that are not connected to offices with which the client does not have an agreement, links to a cooperation agreement with the office to which the warehouse is connected will be displayed instead of a basket. When this option is enabled, it is possible in the search results to give the opportunity to order goods only from the office that is connected to the client. If the value "Display all. Order only from connected", the product from other offices will be present in the search, but it will not be possible to put it in the basket. In this case, instead of a basket, there will be a link to a cooperation agreement, which is available only to the guest. For an authorized client, the link to the cooperation agreement is invalid, since the client already has the agreement, only from other offices. That is, for example, you display the entire assortment to a guest, but he cannot order anything until he becomes a client, i.e. will not conclude a cooperation agreement. The page title coop_request_offices can be changed through text messages in the CP (formTitle). You can also change the text that is shown in the absence of access to the form (CP authForbidden)
Search: Open a window with a description of the supplier in the "delivery time" field

For items grouped using the "Search: group offer from these warehouses in one line" option, the delivery time is displayed without a link to the supplier description.

Add boxes in the settings at https://cp.abcp.ru/?page=allsettings&ordersettings&versta24&settings# The system will distribute goods among them. The principle is to first stack the largest items, stacking them vertically along the side of the box. Next to them are items that fit together. Items that don't fit into any box, such as bumpers or body parts, are processed as a separate cargo space. If multiple boxes are required, the algorithm distributes the weight so that all boxes are filled evenly.
VIN request
VIN request: Request a mobile client if it is required in any form of registration.
Type: Enum: "No", "Yes", "Yes, only for customers logged in via social media"
The difference between the "Yes" and "Yes, only for clients with a social network login" is to separate the use cases. "Yes" is for filling out mobile phones in general, if it used to be optional, but now it is. "Yes, only for clients with a social network login" - only for collaboration with a social network login to prevent possible customer duplicates.
SMS notifications work on the site and if at least one of the registration forms requires a mobile phone and the above option is set to "Yes" or "Yes, ...".
In a VIN request form, we ask to enter a mobile number if it is not filled earlier. A confirmation code is sent to the client via SMS. After confirming the mobile number, we look for a match by number among the site's clients.
I. If there are no mobile matches, then the mobile is recorded in the current client's card.
II. When there is a match, the following information in the found accounts is checked:
- email,
- mobile,
- orders (current and archived),
- garage,
- VIN requests,
- balance
Based on these data:
- If there are no orders (current and archived), VIN requests and garage in the current account, and both balances = 0, then we log in the client back into the previous account, transfer his basket, fill email to the previous account, if there was none, reconnect the social network to the previous account. We delete the new account, which did not have a mobile phone, and add _deleted to the email. We show moveToOldAccountInfo notification and send an email to moveToOldAccountEmail with the subject moveAccountEmailSubject "Merging accounts".
When merging accounts, all items that were in the baskets of both accounts are selected for the order. This way we remind, that the client wanted to order something in the previous account.
- If both accounts have important information, we log in the client into his account with a filled mobile number, transfer his shopping cart to this account, and display the twoAccountsInfo message, that he has several accounts (list) and ask him to contact the manager so that he manually decides which account to keep.
